Happy New Year to you Dear Reader. Here we are...2014! A new year and a fresh start. I am already planning new things to share with you....a Robert Burns Dinner, a lovely little cake for Valentine's Day and of course Easter. Soon enough it will be St. Patrick's Day, which is also my blog's first birthday! But for now, we are going to hunker down and get through this snowy winter together. I think we need to make some soup. Maybe some baked beans. Comfort food to warm us while we await Spring. What do you think?
I am still picking away at the 12 Days of Christmas for you....sorry for my tardiness. Between the power outage and the flu that has had my home under siege, I am a bit behind.
